Payment
1. The Futon King accepts orders by telephone, and on-line.

preferred method of payment is by credit or debit card, simply telephone 01255 556565 and have your order and card details ready. |

3. For Internet orders remember to include your telephone number with your order.(Your telephone number must be on all orders!)
4. If
you prefer to pay by cheque; Make cheques payable to "The Futon King" and post with your clearly printed order to 105 High Street, Harwich, Essex CO12 3AP .
Despatch: All orders must be accompanied by a contact phone number for use by our courier company.
Orders are despatched daily subject to mattress availability. Please allow 48 hours for despatch to arrive. Urgent orders can be delivered overnight subject to a small surcharge. (England and Wales) |

Guarantee;
We
offer a replacement or money back guarantee, on any
goods lost, damaged, or wrongly described in any way,
minus delivery/collection and handling charges (20% of
purchase price). Refunds will be issued when goods
arrive back at warehouse.
Please check cartons for damage before signing delivery
note and if appropriate, sign delivery note as damaged.
(Note, this is not a usual occurrence we are pleased to
say)
Any claim must be sent by e-mail within 3 days of
delivery, accompanied with photographs of any damage.
Goods will not be despatched until payment is
cleared. |
